Fishing Report
August 26, 2014
Fishing has slowed down the last couple of days, but with the cool weather we are having, I would think that by the weekend, it would pick up again.
We are out of leeches for the season, so if you can find some on your way up for the weekend, I would get them. We have crappy, fathead, light and heavy northern, river mix, redtail and creek chubs, for minnows; and we have plenty of crawlers.
It should be a great weekend weather wise. I really don't know where the summer has gone. We wish you all a happy and safe Labor Day Weekend!

Fishing Report
Auust 19, 2014
Our friends from Monticello are up again this week. Once again the Pribyl's are getting the walleye. Chad likes to work that 20 to 25 feet. Most of the resorts are telling us that the guys are picking up walleye a little shallower, that 14 feet or so. Crawlers seem to be the key. Roger and Chad and the rest of the family have gone through 2 flats of crawlers and getting fish.
Northern seem to be a little slow, but we have quite a few guys going out and using the heavy northern suckers.
Get out and enjoy this great weather.

Faith in Action Concert
If you are in the area this Friday, August l5th, come and enjoy the Faith in Action Concert at 2PM and 7PM at Calvary Evangelical Free Church in Walker. Faith in Action volunteers help so many people with rides to doctor appointments, building ramps, yard work and whatever is needed for elderly or anyone in need.
Come and enjoy a great concert, featuring Kent Dudley & Bended Knee, as well as many other area performers. Hope to see you there.

Perch have been biting. Walleye seem to have slowed down a bit. Water temps are around 76 degrees, and the weather has been beautiful. Can't ask for more! Everyone has been enjoying this great weather and getting enough fish for that fish fry.
The summer is flying by, but the Fall fishing is some of the best yet to come!

Perch have been biting. Walleye seem to have slowed down a bit. Water temps are around 76 degrees, and the weather has been beautiful. Can't ask for more! Everyone has been enjoying this great weather and getting enough fish for that fish fry.
The summer is flying by, but the Fall fishing is some of the best yet to come!
