Fishing Report

Opener is on the slow side.  They are picking up some walleye, but not what it should be.  Water temps are cold.  Most guys are fishing shallow, with a jig and a minnow.  We are still waiting for spot tail shiners.  With the cold water temps, they are not trapping as they should.  Hopefully we will be getting some in the next few days.  Mother Nature has her own schedule.
