Fishing Report

Fishing continues to be doing well, but the amount of fishermen in the area right now has really gone down. There are alot of campers moving around, some going into storage for the season and others going to the deer shack. I don't know where the summer has gone to.
Trees have peaked a few days ago and are now loosing their leaves. What a beautiful part of the country this is! We are hoping for a couple nice weeks, weather wise yet, for the month of October. There is still lots of good fishing to be done.
The Cystic Fibrosis Tournament was this last Saturday and there were some really nice walleye brought in off of Cass Lake. Minnows are the bait of choice.
