Froggy's Sports For Sale

We have been trying to sell Froggy's on our own and now have decided to list it with a good friend of ours, Tomy Hegland, of Grimes Realty in Bemidji.  The Old Toad and I are just getting worn out.  Ideally, it would be nice to sell Froggy's and then be able to work there a couple days a week.

The asking price is $179,000, plus inventory.  There is also the empty lot next to Froggy's that needs to have something built, to add additional income for the business.  There is potential here for an enthusiastic buyer.  If you might be interested, or know of anyone who is, give Grimes Realty a call.  There number is 218 751 3123.

We have been busy putting out our winter and summer inventory.  We just about have it licked!  Thanks to the Old Toad and Auntie Mitz, we are down to a couple of boxes.  We should be getting our Northland order in sometime the middle of December. 

Our bay on Big Wolf Lake had a thin layer of ice on it this morning.  Will it stay?  Hopefully, we won't get alot of big snows right now and keep temps in the 20's during the day and l0 degrees or lower at night, and we will start making some real ice!  We're ready!
